PDF only, 5 MB max. We ask for it before the challenge for two reasons, and neither is a filter: checking you're actually in your final year, and preparing an internship topic that fits your profile if you're selected. It stays with us and is never shared with anyone else for their own use.
By ticking this box, you allow Education Media Company to use the information in this form (identity, school, CV, availability) for one thing only: managing your participation in PFE Challenge and, if you're selected, offering you a final-year internship. This data is kept until the wave ends, plus 6 months at most. It is never sold or shared with third parties for their own use, with two exceptions: our hosting provider, OVHcloud, stores it as a subcontractor, and your CV is analysed by an AI tool to extract your skills — so it passes through the tool's provider, hosted in the European Union, for the duration of the analysis. At any time, you can view, correct, or delete your data using the link sent by email, or by writing to challenge@educationmedia.ma. Declaration of this processing to the CNDP is in progress, under Moroccan law 09-08.
If you tick this box, we keep your CV and contact details for 24 months after your pre-registration, solely to reach out about another opportunity at EMC (another wave, an internship, a job). One month before the deadline, you'll get an email asking whether you want to extend or delete everything. No answer means everything is deleted automatically. This box changes nothing about your challenge participation: ticked or not, you're treated the same. You can withdraw this consent at any time from your management link, no questions asked.
If you tick this box, we'll email you when each new wave of the challenge opens — two or three times a year, no more. That's all: no prospecting, no "career content", no sharing with anyone. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, immediate and permanent.

You'll get a confirmation email within a minute. The rest of your profile (school, field of study, availability…) is optional: you can complete it later from the link in that email. Nothing is final: you can edit or delete your pre-registration at any time.
